Our guides are only useful if they are right. When we get something wrong, we fix the page and we are open about it.
How to report an error
Email us through the contact page with:
- The URL of the page
- The specific point that is wrong or out of date
- A source or reference, if you have one
How we handle it
We correct verifiable matters of fact — fares, dates, routes, hours, fees, names of agencies. Because our guides are living reference pages rather than dated news stories, we usually update the page itself and refresh its "last updated" date. For a significant factual fix, we note what changed.
We focus on facts that can be checked against a reliable public source, not on opinion or political disagreement.
A standing reminder
Prices, schedules and official rules in Thailand change, sometimes at short notice. Always confirm anything that affects your money, safety or travel directly with the operator or agency before relying on it.
